"The unexamined life is not worth living". I have adhered to this credo for most of my adult life and am personifying it now more so than ever as I have shifted my work from finance for the last 20 years into the therapeutic space. I want nothing more than to help people and I truly believe everyone can be helped by some measure, if not immensely, by doing some form of inner, analytical, healing work. I am a big believer in the benefits of shadow work, the shadow being everything that has been rejected during the development of the personality, because it did not fit into the ‘ego ideal’. I am a Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and will soon be a Master Hypnotherapist. I see hypnotic trance and the experience of going deeply into the depths of one's own dreaming mind as a place where we can update our instincts. In this space, we can explore preconscious and unconscious functions, resolve historical fact patterns and behaviors and utilize unconscious and subconscious resources to establish new, desired changes. Also, in the next few years, I will be completing my Masters and clinical work in the field of Modern Psychoanalysis. I completed my undergraduate work at NYU's Stern School of Business where I graduated with honors and BSc. degrees in finance and international business.
